Ivera Labs does not use health information or other sensitive personal information to create advertising audiences. If we later implement a feature that uses customer contact information for advertising measurement or audience matching, we will provide any additional notice and obtain consent required by applicable law before doing so.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
You may manage Google advertising preferences or opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ad Settings. You may opt out of Google Analytics in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Where required by applicable law, we request consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. You may withdraw that consent through the Site’s cookie controls, where available, or through your browser settings.
How We Share Information

Children’s Privacy and Age Requirements
Ivera Labs is intended solely for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. The Site, its products, services, account features, and communications are not directed to, designed for, or intended to attract children or individuals under 21.
We do not knowingly collect, use, sell, share, or disclose personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. We also do not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to create an account, submit an order, or use restricted portions of the Site.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as promptly as practical, unless retention is required by applicable law. If we learn that an account or order was created by an individual under 21, we may restrict access and take appropriate steps to address the account or information in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child under 13 may have provided personal information to Ivera Labs may contact us at privacy@iveralabs.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or communication. We will review the request and, where appropriate, provide access to or delete the child’s personal information and prevent further collection or use.
Ivera Labs does not knowingly use information from children under 13 for advertising, analytics, audience creation, or advertising personalization.
